Delivery Policy

We provide delivery across Malaysia. For overseas delivery, please check with us first.

Delivery Schedule

We will arrange orders to be posted out on Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking numbers will be provided in the order status once we have shipped out your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

• West Malaysia (Peninsular): 5-7 working days.
• East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 7-14 working days.

Please note that these timelines start once the shipment is out for delivery.

Address Changes

Any changes to the delivery address are not allowed after payment is made.

Delivery Attempts

Three attempts of delivery will be made for every order. If the courier company is still unable to reach the customer after the third attempt, the order will be deemed canceled, and the customer shall bear all costs incurred during the delivery process (e.g., delivery cost).

Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 8:30 AM will be posted on the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 8:30 AM will be posted on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any delay that may apply.

No Cancellations or Refunds

Strictly no cancellations or refunds for all confirmed orders.
